The Ready for Exit package is a one-off fee of approximately $1,500. It gives you 6 months of full platform access, a listing on the Emanda website, an opportunity link for your business, and your Information Memorandum promoted to our buyer network. You run the process yourself, but you get all the tools and exposure to sell.
Concierge pricing is based on your business's annual revenue (from your last end-of-financial-year return). You pay a monthly retainer while we manage the sale, plus a 3% success fee calculated on the final exit price. The retainer starts at $5,000 per month for businesses with $1M–$5M in annual revenue, and scales up from there. The success fee is only payable when the sale completes.
Our concierge service is designed for Australian businesses with annual revenue between $1 million and $50 million. If your business falls outside that range, get in touch anyway and we can point you in the right direction.

Yes. Emanda manages the sale process and advisory, but you'll still need your own accountant for tax advice and a solicitor for the sale agreement. We work alongside your existing advisers to keep things moving smoothly.
